The National English Curriculum: Initial Advice paper can be viewed at http://www.ncb.org.au
It is suggested you read this in conjunction with The Shape of the National Curriculum: A Proposal for Discussion, because this paper helps position the contents for the National English Curriculum: Initial Advice paper.
